What we do

We believe enhancing cognitive deficiencies in fundamental thinking capacity provides people from all backgrounds and ages, with the skills and Inner healing necessary to function as whole, healthy, and productive individuals. We aim to increase resilience, motivation, and metacognition through pairing the understanding of neuro psychology with simple everyday strategies and knowledge.

YOU can easily be equipped to help foster this growth within your organization, community, and yourself - there is HOPE!

Resilient minds offers this hope through a variety of services including professional development training, organizational and individual coaching and consultation, and direct work and therapeutic services bringing you evidence-based programming with the most relevant research and knowledge.  While we embrace many approaches to our work, we specialize in the understanding of behavior from the context of Trauma Informed Care, Social Emotional Learning, Growth Mindset, and building Resilience.
